Our sessions will run for between 53 and 57 minutes, including any time needed for scheduling for the next meeting or paying my fee. My fee is $220 per hour, or $275 for a couple session. I accept cash, check, credit card, and Zelle. I chose Zelle because they do not charge a fee to process transactions, and so I do not have to adjust my fee to cover that cost. With credit cards there is an additional $10 charge to cover the processing fee the credit card company charges. If sessions run long, my fee is prorated accordingly. I am not on any insurance panels, but as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Washington I am happy to provide you a detailed statement to help you access your out-of-network benefits. Sadly, I cannot do this if you are seeking coverage for couple therapy. The rules around insurance coverage are designed for individual treatment and have not been adjusted to working with couples. I am happy to speak to you about this if you want.

I hold a limited number of slots for adjusted-fee situations. Adjustments are determined at the beginning of therapy. Payment for all services is due at the time of service.
Your appointment time is reserved for you, and for you alone. In the event that you need to cancel, please give me a full 48 hours notice. If you cancel with less notice or do not come at all, you will be charged a fee equal to the full-session fee. I do not generally provide telephone therapy. However, any phone consulation of significant length will be charged at my usual rate.
